Phone System Manager Suite of Products

Classic Version (KX-A281X & PSMTD/816/1232/500):

GBS has developed various Phone System Manager software versions to suit various needs of the market. The original and classic version of Phone System Manager(PSM) was developed for the Panasonic KX-TD series and offers an excellent combination of PBX programming and call accounting and reporting.

This PSM version of software has been distributed world wide in co-operation with Panasonic and can be purchased through your local authorised Panasonic Reseller. The classic version of PSM operates with many of the Panasonic TD 816 and 1232 versions, as well as the KX-TD500 series (version 2.4/2.5).

New Phone System Manager CTI:

The new style Phone System Manager was developed to provide real time and historical control and monitoring over digital PBX systems including the Panasonic KX-TDA series. This CTI version of PSM offers a broader range of functions than the classic version, including:

• extension management
• historical call statistics
• Tracking lines usage, called indials (advertised numbers)
• live group and extension call status with queue service levels, lost call statistics.
• optional client/server screen pop/dialer, supervisor monitoring
• optional call centre wall display
• optional IVR and unified voice mail
• optional call voice recording for signature analysis, training or general use.
